(i)                How to shop?

Step 1: To Order
If you have seen something that you fancy, do leave a comment in the format below for that entry and wait for our invoice.

  • Email
  • Item(s) of interest
  • Enquiry (if any)
  • Confirmed (yes or no)

 An email invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours.

 Step 2: Payment

After we corresponded through the email, you can make payment via funds transfer to our DBS Savings A/C 070-1- 009101.

Upon receiving payment, we will send your items out the next working day.

(ii)                 Postage Charges

For Normal Mail, do add $1 – $1.50 per item depending on the weight; do add $2 for 2 items and so on.

  • For Registered Mail, do add $2.24 on top of Normal Postage.

 We strongly encourage Registered Mail to set your mind at ease.

(iii)                Payment

  • All payments to be made within 24 hours.
  • Items are based on comment by comment basis but payment must be in within 24 hours or the item goes to next buyer.
  • We only accept POSB bank transfers.
  • I-Banking is highly recommended but ATM transfers are welcome within 24 hours.
  • All ATM payments must be accompanied by a snapshot of receipt for verification.
  • No meet ups will be entertained.
  • Prices are non negotiable.
  • Backing out or fail to complete the deal will result being blacklisted.

(iv)                Delivery

  • Items are delivered only by Normal or Registered mails, thus no meet ups will be entertained.
  • We will not be held responsible for any lost of normal mails if you did not opt for registered mail, thus registered mail is strongly recommended to ensure a safe delivery of the item(s).
  • Prices are not inclusive of normal postage fees unless otherwise stated.
  • We will mail out your items in the next working day but do allow a few days for the items to reach your mailbox.

(v)                 Return & Exchange Policy

  • We do not do refunds or exchanges that do not fit or if colour defers slightly from our pictures.
  • We will try our best to portray the true colour and depict clear descriptions of our apparels to prevent misrepresentation but do take note that there may be slight difference due to different monitor’s resolution.
  • All items are checked for defects before being distributed.
  •  However if in the event that you still receive a defected item, please email us with a picture of the defected item.
  • We will do an exchange and relevant postage costs will be borne by us but item must be in original condition (unworn & unwashed).
  • Customers are to bear full responsibility in taking efforts to ensure item is taken good care of and we will not be responsible if something goes wrong with it.

(vi)                Other Terms

  • Please be 100% sure on purchasing as there will be no refunds made once item is paid for.
  • All items are brand new and are sourced from overseas worldwide.
  • Prices are fixed, thus haggling is not entertained.
  • Trades will also not be entertained.
  • Please take the time to read through all the product information supplied before asking questions and we reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions at any time.
